By accessing or using MeetPIA’s services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. For information about how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
“MeetPIA” means MeetPIAAI Corp, with address at 9 E Loockerman St Ste 217, Dover, DE 19901, USA.
“Services” means the MeetPIA platform, website, apps, assessments, interviews, and related features.
“Customer” means any company, employer, or staffing agency that subscribes to MeetPIA to create job postings, manage interviews, or assess candidates.
“Individual” means any job seeker, candidate, or user who participates in interviews or assessments through MeetPIA.
“Content” means all materials uploaded, recorded, or transmitted via the Services, including candidate data, interview recordings, or job postings.
2. Modifications
MeetPIA may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. General Rules (apply to all users)
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not misuse the Services (including uploading harmful content, attempting to hack, or violating privacy rights).
MeetPIA retains ownership of its platform, software, and content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
MeetPIA does not guarantee employment, hiring, or specific outcomes.
4. Customer Terms (Employers and Staffing Agencies)
If you are a Customer:
Subscriptions & Payments – You agree to pay applicable fees. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice.
Compliance – You are solely responsible for compliance with employment, labor, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Equal Opportunity – You affirm that your hiring practices comply with anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity laws.
Use of Candidate Data – Candidate information accessed through MeetPIA may only be used for recruitment and evaluation purposes. You may not resell, share, or misuse candidate data.
5. Individual Terms (Job Seekers / Candidates)
If you are an Individual:
Consent – By participating in interviews or assessments, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy – You represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.
No Employment Guarantee – MeetPIA is a technology platform and does not guarantee job offers or hiring decisions.
Respectful Use – You may not misuse the Services (e.g., submitting harmful content, impersonating others).
6. Data Protection
MeetPIA processes data in accordance with applicable laws (Uruguay’s Law No. 18.331, Brazil’s LGPD, and other regulations as applicable).
Data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
MeetPIA is not responsible for hiring decisions, job offers, or employment relationships.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetPIA limits its liability for any damages arising from use of the Services.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise required by local law.
9. Termination
MeetPIA may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
